Supports animal studies identifying genetic and epigenetic influences on substance use, addiction-related behaviours and associated conditions. Genomics and integrated omics approaches should reveal mechanisms that can inform future addiction treatments.

Wits may apply as a non-US higher education institution. Proposals must fit this call and the mission of a participating institute; institutional registrations and funder requirements apply.
